Welcome DSc. Kamila Nascimento to Join the Editorial Board of International Journal of Food and Nutrition Research.

PhD in Food Science and Technology by UFRRJ, Master of Science and Food Technology by UFRRJ and Bachelor in Nutrition by UBM. Working with Family Agriculture, obtaining organic flours for developing organic products for coeliacs. I work in the research area with prebiotics, probiotics and phenolic compounds and antioxidant activity.
