Molar characterization and analytical UPLC method development of matrix impurity, disregards impurity, specified impurity associated undetectable impurity of laboratory drug Isatin

Review Article of Journal of Pharmaceutical Research and Reviews Molar characterization and analytical UPLC method development of matrix impurity, disregards impurity, specified impurity associated undetectable impurity of laboratory drug Isatin Rahul Hajare Post Doc Fellow (Batch 2013-2015) Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi This is out line work on the process development for the impurity detection of Isatin from synthetic occurring and several new methods have been developed during the pursuit of this research. The article traces the evolution of various approaches and provides a comparison for overall efficiency. UPLC method has been developed and validated for simultaneous estimation of matrix impurity, disregards impurity; specified impurity associated undetectable impurity in pure synthetic formulations. Separation was carried out using column Hypersil ODS C18 (250 mm x 4.6mm x 5μm particle size) in isocratic mode using mobile phase composition pH 6.0 ammonium acetate Buffer: Acetonitrile (68:32)v/v and UV detection at 310 nm. The impurities were eluted at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/ min. The average retention times for matrix impurity, disregards impurity, specified impurity associated undetectable impurity were 2.86 and 3.67 min, 4.54 min respectively. The method was validated according to the ICH guidelines. Lead Developer Angular and Effect of Force by Side Chain of Suicide Molecule in HIV AIDS Drug Discovery

Review Article of Journal of Pharmaceutical Research and Reviews Lead Developer Angular and Effect of Force by Side Chain of Suicide Molecule in HIV AIDS Drug Discovery Rahul Hajare Post Doc Fellow (Batch 2013-2015) Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi Angular to lead (A2L) accepted as lead generation has stage in early drug discovery where small molecule hits from a high throughput screen (HTS) has evaluated and undergo limited optimization to identify promising lead compounds. These lead compounds undergo more extensive optimization in a subsequent step of drug discovery. Angular imagination → Target validation (TV) → assay development → high-throughput screening → hit to lead (H2L) → lead optimization (LO) → preclinical drug development → clinical drug development ...

Chemical profiling of Solanum lycopersicum

Research Article of Journal of Pharmaceutical Research and Reviews Chemical profiling of Solanum lycopersicum Neji, P. A1 *Ushie O. A2, Neji, H. A3 Opara, I. J2 and Ojong, O. O4 1Dept of Chemical Sciences, Cross River University of Technology, Calabar Nigeria 2 Dept of Chemical Science, Federal University, Wukari Nigeria 3 Dept of Science Education, University of Calabar, Calabar 4Dept of Pure and Applied Chemistry, University of Calabar Consumed in diverse ways, including raw, as an ingredient in many dishes, sauces, salads and drinks, tomato is the edible, often red berry type fruit of the nightshade solanum lycopersicum commonly known as tomato plant. Extreme health disorders suffered as a result of insufficient vitamins, unbalanced diets and malnutrition have severe or may lead to severe health consequences or diseases in humans. Planning/attempts to resolve such health inbalances as bleeding from the gums, joint pains, low concentration of ascorbate in plasma, blood, or leukocytes, which is commonly attributed to scurvy, all rely on the knowledge of the concentration of vitamins in the diets of the patient. One cannot tell to what extent a feed is both nutritious and medicinal if some analysis are not carried out on the feed. This is why the assessment of vitamin C, phytochemical and proximate evaluations of commercial fruits, using tomato is necessary, so as to know their vitamin C percentages, which medicinal properties they possess and qualitatively, the different macro nutrients they contain. In the view of the problem above, the aim of this paper was to assess the concentration of ascorbic acid, medicinal and macronutrients in commercial fruit – tomato, carrying out significant calculations tilted toward achieving the right proportions of significant nutrient constituents in the samples of tomato. No. 53, Vitthal Udyognagar 388 121, Gujarat, India. 3Anand Pharmacy College,Near town hall,Anand-388001 Ratio derivative spectrophotometric method has been developed for the simultaneous estimation of Clonazepam and Paroxetine hydrochloride in pharmaceutical dosage form. In this method, the overlapping spectra of Clonazepam and Paroxetine hydrochloride were well resolved by making use of the first-derivative of the ratios of their direct absorption spectra. The derivative ratio absorbance of Clonazepam and Paroxetine hydrochloride were measured at 312.28 nm and 304.88 nm, respectively for their quantification. Clonazepam and Paroxetine hydrochloride were determined in the concentration range of 5-30 µg/ml and 10-60 µg/ml respectively. The linear regression analysis for the calibration plots produced r2= 0.9956 and r2= 0.9994 for Clonazepam and Paroxetine hydrochloride respectively. The precision, accuracy, limit of detection and limit of quantitation of the method were validated according to the ICH guidelines. The results indicate that the method is suitable for the routine quality control testing of marketed tablet formulations.
