Federal University of Pernambuco Health is a complete state physical wellbeing, mental and social and it is not merely the absence of disease. The sharp imbalance of these states is defined as a disease, the mission of the Health System is to control health imbalances, and its principles: universality that makes the system accessible to all citizens and the integrality that the make responsible for the care of all needs and demands of the people and the community, but the population still faces difficulties in accessing health services in addition to the system is restricted to the cure of diseases, there is an emphasis on a holistic view of the individual in assistance. The family is considered the basic unit of society. Is a primary social group, where strong and supportive relationships are observed. It consists of individuals with kinship in common or connected by bonding. These individuals who have an assigned role and living in the same house forming a home. The family even if there is a single structure having an interaction among a set of individuals. What about health family meets the basic needs in health situation, through a system of values, beliefs it protects the health of its members. Currently, they are considered a serious public health problem and already account for over 60 % of deaths worldwide. In 2007, the death rate from chronic diseases in Brazil was 540 deaths per 100,000 inhabitants. Even being an asymptomatic clinical picture, Arterial Hypertension (SAH) is a chronic disease and can be associated with diabetes forming a co-morbidity, increasing the risk of macro vascular complications in patient with. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 600 million people worldwide have hypertension, where about 17 million carriers are Brazilian. Among the chronic diseases are cardiovascular, diabetes, cancer and chronic respiratory diseases and their risk factors are directly related to smoking, alcohol, obesity, physical inactivity and poor diet. These features are found mainly in the younger population, increasing risk for developing these diseases and particularly hypertension. The experienced changes in adolescence make this individual vulnerable to have a lifestyle without schedules. Well as input at an earlier age in the labor market, which reduces the time for sports, emphasizing physical inactivity and bringing new components that can cause stress and poor diet. The purpose of this study was to describe the nurse's role in promoting adolescent health to the bearer of high blood pressure (hypertension). Understand the individual in all its complexity is essential for the development of actions that aim to improve health conditions of the entire population. In the context of nursing care, for the care occurs in the best possible way, the professional uses a work process for the effective assistance to each person. This process of work we call the Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (Systematization of Nursing Care) - SAE. The SAE is a method made by stages that will give the nurse knowledge of the problem and will make him planning assistance for the solution of the problem of the individual. These steps are called: nursing history, nursing diagnosis, care planning, nursing prescription, evolution of nursing and nursing prognosis, this method allows the nurse to observe the specific needs of each patient, as well as his family; and through such observation the nursing professional prescribes specific care for the health problem. The objective of this study was to use and apply the steps of SAE to describe the health conditions of a patient user of a Family Health Unit (FHU) of Recife, PE, as a method of learning the content. Estadual University of Santa Cruz/UESC. Ilhéus – BA, Brasil4 To investigate the association between Social Control and sociodemographic characteristics, academic training and work environment. This is a nationwide, exploratory, descriptive and quantitative study carried out in 2011 with 296 Physical Education professionals of Support Center for Family Health teams. The study outcome was the Social Control. Odds ratio was estimated to check associated factors. In Brazil, Physical Education professionals graduated in public institutions were twice likely to perform Social Control. Regarding regions, professionals from the Southeastern region were more likely to perform Social Control, who reported being trained by the management; professionals from the southeastern and northeastern regions, who performed health project in the territory; and those from the southern region, who had adequate physical structure for the profession. However, recent surveys indicate that teratogenic agents may also play a role in the genesis of these disorders due to changes that promote on embryonic and fetal development. Among such agents, stand out in the study: Congenital Rubella Syndrome (CRS); Congenital syphilis; alcohol; drugs such as thalidomide, valproic acid and SSRI; hypervitaminosis of retinoic acid. Another recent study line is responsible for relating the mother's exposure to psychological stress during pregnancy to the onset of mental disorders such as schizophrenia, attention deficit, hyperactivity and anxiety in their children. The aim of this paper was to investigate the origin of various MD, set the embryological basis of individuals who were exposed to teratogens and have developed various types of mental illness.
