I teach Public Examining in the Humanities and Social Sciences, Introduction to Educational Evaluation, Educational Research Questionnaire and Rating Scales Design, Education and Society, Formative and Summative Evaluation of Student Achievement.
I have supervised five Ph. D. graduates, one M. Phil. Over forty M. Ed & Masters in Humanitarian Refugee Studies graduates and currently supervising ten Ph. D students and three M. Ed students. I have been mentoring these and other students as can be deduced from my CV, particularly my publications.

I have helped to organize several conferences for Institute of Education, Distance Learning Centre [both of the University of Ibadan], for Association of Educational Researchers and Evaluators of Nigeria [ASSEREN], Higher Education Research and Policy Network [an African Regional Network], organised and coordinated training workshops for several bodies: Lagos Eko Secondary School World Bank-sponsored project, Institute of Education/WAEC Research Training workshop, NABTEB Research Training, UBEC FTS in Delta State, etc.
I have equally served as Assistant Chaplain & Chaplain, Chapel of Resurrection, University of Ibadan, Nigeria (1993-2005), nearly eight of which was as the Chaplain.
