Biography & Research Interest

Welcome Dr. Onur Özbek to Join the Editorial Board of American Journal of Design.

Onur Özbek is an instructor at the Duzce University, Gumusova Vocational School, Department of Machinery and Metal Technology. Onur Özbek completed his BSc degree at University of Dumlupınar, Kütahya in 2005 and MSc degree at University of Afyon Kocatepe, Afyonkarahisar in 2008. He is doing her PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Duzce University. His research interests include machining-metal cutting (surface roughness, tool life, temperature, vibration, sound, turning, milling, drilling, grinding etc.), material science (mechanical properties, retained austenite, residual stress, fatigue life, wear, microstructure, phase analyses etc.), cryogenic treatment, Taguchi method, ANOVA, regression analysis.
