Welcome Prof. (Dr.) Santosh Kumar Karn to Join the Editorial Board of International Research Journal of Physics.

Santosh Kumar Karn born in India in 1960 and lives at Rohini, North West Delhi, New Delhi. He received Ph.D. degree in Physical Sciences (Physics) from Delhi University for his research work in theoretical high energy physics in the Department of Physics and Astrophysics, Delhi University, Delhi, India in 1998. He has also worked in experimental high energy physics in Delhi University, Delhi. At present, he is working as Professor and Dean (Examination), Head Department of Science and Humanities, PCCS, Greater Noida, National capital Region – Delhi, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, India for about two decades. He is a former member of the Board of Studies, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, India.
He has been awarded Visiting Scientist / Fellow by Indian National Science Academy (INSA), Govt. of India, New Delhi, India. He has worked as Visiting Scientist / Professor / Fellow at HRI (India), Spain and Italy. He is also an awardee / financial grantee of: National Science Foundation (USA), Univ. of Oklahoma (USA), Univ. of Massachusetts, Amherst (USA); Ecole de Physique Theorique, S. PhT., Saclay (France); IEEC, CSIC, Univ. of Barcelona (Spain); ECT*, Trento (Italy); Univ. of Leipzig (Germany); Department of Science and Technology (DST), AICTE, CSIR, INSA, HRI, etc. of Govt. of India, India. He has visited many universities / research laboratories / institutions of India, USA and European countries for academic purposes. His present areas of interest in research are: High Energy Physics, Relativistic Heavy Ion Collisions, Quark-Gluon Plasma, Diquark Physics in QCD, Astroparticle Physics, Cosmology – early universe, Dark matter and Dark energy, and Mathematical Modeling.
