  • Nutritional Value and Associated Potentials Risks of Seafood Consumption

    Seafood provides essential nutrients to the body. A study funded by CDC found that eating seafood for essential Omega-3 fatty acids can prevent 84,000 deaths each year [1-3]. According to a Harvard study, 3-ounce servings of fatty fish a week reduces the risk of dying from heart disease by nearly 40% [4]. Eating 8 two servings of fish per week during pregnancy can improve baby’s IQ, cognitive development, and eye health [5,6]. Older adults with the highest fish consumption live and average of 2.2 years longer [7]. But all these statements possess another side of the coin. Food-born poisoning, mercury-lead-arsenic-cadmium poisoning, exposure to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) raised the issue of safety with aberrant consumption of seafoods. Seafood choices that are very low in mercury include: salmon, sardines, pollock, flounders, cod, tilapia, shrimp, oysters, clams, scallops and crab. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) have developed directions to help consumers minimize risks that could be associated with several pollutants (specially mercury) in seafood.

  • BRAN PARTICLE SIZE ON THE QUALITY PROPERTIES OF BRAN ENRICHED DURUM WHEAT PASTA

    Traditional pasta is made from durum wheat flour and water and is a popular food product in worldwide. This review tries to examine the influence of bran particle size on the quality of pasta. As part of this review desire to become healthier and eat more healthy food, regular durum wheat pasta has received competition from pasta made of whole grain flour or pasta that has been enriched with dietary fiber. Bran is the outer layer of the wheat kernel and is removed along with the germ during the milling of wheat. The bran is seen as a by-product of the milling process and is often used in animal feed. In whole grain flour, the bran is not removed but is milled and then passed back to the ground wheat flour. Wheat bran is rich in dietary fiber and antioxidants and a diet rich in wheat bran is associated with reduced risk of common health diseases such as type 2 diabetes and heart diseases. Ethiopian should increase their intake of whole grain food products since their average intake today is lower than the recommendations made by Livsmedelsverket. Despite the positive effects of wheat bran, many consumers prefer to eat foods such as pasta that is made from refined wheat flour because they tend to prefer the quality in taste and texture of these products. Knowledge on why the quality of whole grain food products like pasta become less attractive is therefore of value in order to identify new ideas on how to create and develop improved whole-grain products that are more attractive to the consumers. The particle size of wheat bran influenced surface texture of the pasta. The larger the particles that were added, the more the roughness on the surface of the pasta increased. Also stickiness of pasta was…

  • IMPACT OF MINERALFORMATION ON RESTORATION OF THE SOIL STRUCTURE IN NAKHCHIVAN AR AND GEOGRAPHICAL SPREADING LEGITIMACY

    The silt fractions have a great impact in soil structural formation. If the soil forming rocks don’t disturb, crush and weather, the soil forming processes on them occur weakly, the organic substances cause formation of the loamy stratums without completely turning. This mostly influences the initial soil forming layers. The reproduction minerals in these soils cause initial minerals majority by occurring weakly. If these processes occur quickly then they cause a gradual increase of the reproduction minerals and reduction of the initial minerals. The heights of the zones where the geographical spreading of such stratums is situated depend on levels.

  • The Ultimate Strength of Ring Stiffened Cylindrical Shell and Its Influence Factors

    Calculating the modes of cylindrical shell, then embed them into ideal perfect cylindrical pressure-resistant shell as the initial geometric imperfections to form the modal. According to the characteristics of each mode, the first 30 modes can be classified into four types, and it is found that the mode of the first type is the worst defect form. By calculation, the cylinder shell has the minimum ultimate strength when the 23rd mode happened. The sensitivity analysis of cylindrical shells with initial geometric defects shows that the critical buckling load has approximate linear relationship with different thickness radius ratio and defect amplitude. Six cylindrical shells of different materials are selected for research, and it is found that although the modal orders of the worst geometric defects of various materials are not the same, they all belong to the first type of mode. The comparison showed that the 921 steel and 909 steel materials are economic.

  • Idiopathic Acquired Factor VIII deficiency presenting with compartment syndrome: A case report and Literature Review

    Haemophilia is a disorder that affects the ability of the blood to form clots. The congenital form of the disease is the most prevalent, is inherited as X-linked recessive and it causes deficiency of clotting Factor VIII or IX. clinically it presents with joint bleeding. Its counterpart, acquired haemophilia is a rare condition that usually presents with cutaneous, soft tissue or internal bleeding. The pathophysiology of the disease is centred on the formation of auto antibodies which inactivate factor VIII. Haematologically this is reflected as a prolonged aPTT with normal PT and failure of mixing studies to correct aPTT to more than 50%. To confirm the diagnosis Bethesda assay has to be performed to detect the presence of factor inhibitors. In half of the cases it is associated with an underlying condition such as autoimmune diseases, malignancy, pregnancy or infections. The mainstay treatment is to control the bleeding with bypassing agents such as recombinant factor VIIa or Factor VIII inhibitor bypassing agent as well as eradicating the inhibitor with immunosuppressive and/or cytotoxic agents. Here we report a patient with idiopathic acquired haemophilia who presented with a thigh compartment syndrome. He was successfully treated with fasciotomy, bypassing agents and immunosuppressive therapy.

  • Follicular Dendritic Cell Sarcoma of Colon Presenting as Colo-colic Intussusception: a Rare Entity in Gastrointestinal Site With Extremely Rare Presentation

    Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma is a rare mesenchymal tumor of follicular dendritic cells arising from nodal and extranodal site. FDCS generally involves the lymph nodes while many extranodal sites are also affected. We report a case of follicular dendritic cell sarcoma primarily arising in colon and presenting as colo-colic intussusception.

  • PROVIDING THE CURRENT STATE AND FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF BROWN AND BLACK SOILS IN THE GEDEBEY REGION

    In soil genetic factors, soil-absorbing factors have always been in the spotlight. The formation of genetic strata of the soil and the variation of time depending on various spatial factors remains a widespread and urgent topic in the classical soil science, which has been continuously monitored to date. It is well-known that the most favorable approach to the study of soils can be achieved by obtaining a comprehensive set of data by studying its interrelationship of the environment and natural complexes, studying its dependence on time and space.

  • OPTIMAL MANAGEMENT OF IRRIGATION PROCESS USING DYNAMIC PROGRAMMING METHOD

    Due to the efficient use of irrigated lands in Azerbaijan, irrigation is delayed due to irrigation, mineral and organic fertilizers, accurate regulation of irrigation norms and methods, and in some cases changes, including water and mineral food, air and carbon dioxide. and that is the basis of management and is characteristic and attractive. It is very difficult to influence the light and heat entering the plant. However, it is possible to increase and decrease the temperature on the ground surface and in the upper soil. Optimal water supply allows the plant to form a large leaf surface, which enables it to be better oriented to the light. At the same time, it provides for the efficient use of light energy and provides its development phases. As you know, dynamic programming allows you to accurately define the numerous tasks of optimization. It is important to note that decisions for managing development processes that have been determined over time must be made at every step. Key features of dynamic programming: Correct expression of the optimization principle; inclusion of a specific optimization task into a list of issues that can be solved more easily;

  • Impact of Money Supply, Gross National Saving and Economic Growth on Inflation Rate

    The quantity theory of money, inflation monetary theory, modern quantity theory of money and inflation, new inflation, structural inflation theory, a new neo-classical synthesis of inflation, neo political macro-economics of inflation and Phillips curve theories are gratified. Just like several developed and developing countries, in Ethiopia one of the incredible macroeconomic objectives is to improving the living standard of peoples with low inflation. Though, there has been substantial argument on the condition of the inflation and economic growth correlation. In the late 1970s and at the beginning of 1980s, various nations, comprising the United States, practiced great inflation. A comprehensive agreement arose that this routine was undesirable, and monetary officials all over the world agreed policies intended to reduce high inflation. If inflation is painfully high, policymakers distinguished what track they desirable to down inflation even though they were indeterminate of its final terminus. Inflationary delinquent has become the greatest significant macroeconomic tricky of the Ethiopian economy in current existences. Mainly for this review the author used five empirical papers which focused on the impact of money supply, economic growth and gross national saving on inflation. The result imply that on some researches money supply (in long run and short run) and real growth domestic product (in long run) has positive and negative impact on inflation rate in Ethiopia respectively. Some of the studies proved that there is negative relationship between inflation rate and gross national saving. The causality result implies as there is bi-directional causality between inflation rate and money supply. Some of the studies also finalized that real gross domestic product unidirectional granger cause inflation rate. Even if there is no consistent result but the study recommends appropriate intervention should be important by using monetary policy and fiscal policy on each respective variables. The author also insight other…

  • Homeopathy Treatment for Corona related symptoms

    This is a case-related research article, as I know it was written in the first article on how homeopathy can be used to treat coronavirus? In particular those with 55 years, 38 years and 9 years old people selected on own interest. This three people suffering from close symptoms of coronavirus have joined. In this I have experimented with the traditional medicines of homeopathy with some special patent medicines. The three survived the disease within a week through homeopathic medicines, My point is that people who are on Coronetine and who are on alternative treatment for coronavirus, use these homeopathic medications within 2 hours, and then the coronavirus slows down. So it is good to have a worldwide investigation.
