Permanent Education and Support System of Tele-education in This Process

Tele-education, has technological resources, which include: video conferencing, electronic medical records, clinical simulations, database inside a virtual library, and multimedia learning objects. The same features in order to optimize processes, seek some improvement in the service, implement update for professionals and thus promote the continuous improvement of service delivery. This study aimed to identify how the tele-education system is entered in the professional development process. This is a literature review, with the databases Virtual Health Library The study had a temporal cut 10 years, covering 2005 – 2015. The research took place in July 2015. There were. Considered only national and articles available in full for free. We identified 7 articles that satisfactorily answered the above requirements. Reading them, we identified four relevant points in most studies, which fall as positive points of tele-education in the continuing education of health professionals, and these Transposition geographical barriers; adequacy hours; health service delivery possibility with quality; improvement in the routine of health services. About the results, it is pertinent to mention that the transposition of geographic barriers, the dimensional context of Brazil, is a very relevant point, since, given this reality, the professional development becomes feasible from the use of these resources. The adequacy hours, taking into account the burden of extensive schedules of most health professionals this item tends to be a facilitator in the grip of these professionals to the continuous education process, because within that schedule flexibility, it can suit their time as they are able, and studying. Regarding the possibility of health service offerings with quality and improvement in the service routine, it can be said that these last two items listed are linked. For a service that has better qualified professionals, it tends to be a service that works best. It is logical to think that if investing in professional qualification, there have resulted in a more friendly service, agile and decisive. Thus, it is inferred that the tele-education system can be a valuable tool regarding the qualification and improvement in health systems. This reflects the main objective of health services: treating and preventing disease and promoting health.
