Health professionals since its formation are committed to promotion and prevention through the implementation of educational actions. Thus the Interdisciplinary League of Preventive Health (LISP) aims to bring health education and promotion in order to prevent diseases in the poorest communities. This report focuses on demonstrating the importance of these actions as a learning tool for teenagers in a town in Alagoas. The intervention took place in the city of Cajueiro, on August 22, 2015, in a space provided by the city, having as target 11 adolescents, 7 males and 3 females. Initially, the screening was held containing questions to understand the profile and needs. Later, in a room, subjects were discussed related to sex education, emphasizing teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases, as well as its implications. The issues were explored through conversation wheel, with the use of visual aids such as photos and demonstration of correct condom use, with the aid of penile prosthesis. The expected objectives have been achieved, since all adolescents attending contributed to the proposed activity, reporting their experiences, their doubts and opinions. At the end of the intervention, some teenagers accepted demonstrate what they have learned about the correct use of condoms in the penile prosthesis, showing that the proposed guidance was effectively contributing to the prevention of diseases and early pregnancy, considering that teenage pregnancy is It is a public health problem in need of interventions that provide strategies to promote sexual and greater access to health services with the use of contraceptive methods1. We can say that health education for disease prevention as part of adolescent health has a significant importance for them, where, through the exploration of relevant issues such as sex education, can prevent major diseases. In addition to promoting a better quality of life avoiding complications that may arise in the future.
