The Photography Use as A Therapeutic Resource
Objective: To report the experience of three students who performed an intervention that used photography as a therapeutic resource with users of a CAPS Disorder. Methodology: The intervention was the product of the Workshop on Mental Health of the 6th semester of the psychology course of the Faculdade Pernambucana de Saúde. During the Workshop, the students were able to build knowledge through their experiences and their interactions with the field studied. The experience was divided into three moments. Initially, a photography workshop and a collage activity were held. Afterwards, users went to Engenho Massangana to practice photography. Finally, they organized a photographic exhibition for their families and service staff. Results and discussion: During the activities, seventeen users participated voluntarily. Through artistic experimentation, it was realized that the intervention could favor psychosocial rehabilitation through protagonism, leisure and art. Users were able to explore the place and interact with others, developing a new socializing environment beyond the limits of CAPS. In addition, through the photographic gaze, they created narratives and ways of expressing subjectivity. Conclusion: The intervention allowed the exercise of autonomy and citizenship of service users. Thus, it is extremely important that mental health services promote recreational and leisure social activities, contributing to the social reintegration of individuals who have long been excluded from their families and communities.
STUDY OF THE DEGREE OF DEVELOPMENT OF EROSION ON SLOPING LANDS
The article considers the probability of the intensity of the erosion process and the prerequisites for its mitigation and control. The results of the research prove that soil erosion is based on natural and anthropogenic factors. The main objectives of the study were to determine the amount and level of development of worn and erosion-prone soils in the foothills of the country, where it is very difficult to develop on the slope soils of Upper Shirvani. Therefore, in this connection, the tasks are solved, taking into account the requirements of preserving the ecological situation in the example of the Shamakhi district of the Upper Shirvan zone of the Republic of Azerbaijan, where the areas of its potential danger are identified and the preconditions for its prevention are given.
Large Posterior Vaginal Wall Inclusion Cyst after Posterior Vaginal Wall Repair
Introduction: Large posterior vaginal wall inclusion cysts are rarely reported. According to our review, this case is the largest such cyst reported after posterior vaginal repair. Aim: We present the successful excision of a very large posterior vaginal wall inclusion cyst that developed after posterior vaginal wall repair. Methods: A 44 year old patient presented with a 7 cm symptomatic posterior vaginal wall cyst 5 years after posterior vaginal wall repair. She underwent aspiration of the cyst twice with recurrence before successful surgical excision. Results: The patient recovered without complications. Histopathology revealed a benign inclusion cyst. Conclusions: Although most epidermal inclusion cysts are asymptomatic and can be managed expectantly, cysts that enlarge or become symptomatic should be excised surgically.

Alcohol Use Disorder among University Students in Cameroon and Its Related Harms
Purpose: Underage drinking, particularly heavy episodic bouts of underage drinking and the related consequences is a major social issue plaguing college campuses worldwide. Uncontrolled drinking behavior among college and university students has resulted in the occurrence of fatalities, assaults, unintentional serious injuries road accidents, crime, unprotected sexual activity, and poor school performance. The purpose of this study was to estimate the prevalence of alcohol dependence among Cameroonian university students and to identify the related factors. Design: A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 600 randomly selected university students in Cameroon. Setting: The survey assessed students’ level of drinking using the 10-item Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test, a screening test for harmful drinking. Data were collected online and students were asked to respond to the survey via email. Results: Six hundred students participated in the survey. Among them, 261,(43.6%) were women and 337 (56%) were men and the majority (52.7%) lived with their parents. The results demonstrated a statistically positive correlation between reason to drink, drinking demands situations, and the Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test, proving the alternative hypothesis to be true in its form. There was also a strong statistically significant direct relationship between drinking demand and perceived drinking benefits.
A novel plant genome editing CRISPR/Cas9 System: To modify stress tolerance responses in plants
The plant genome modification by Crispr/Cas9 system is gaining ground. In molecular biology, the use of this indispensable tool works on the basis of target recognition due to the existence of a short protospacer adjacent motif (PAM) that is complementary to the desired strand. The components of the genome-editing tool are guide RNA, Cas9 protein. The mechanistic nature of CRISPR/ Cas9 technology i.e. adaptation, expression and interference lead the desirable mutations in the crop plants. According to the need one can use the different types of programmable DNA targeting and editing platform type. The goal of this review is to provide an idea of the production of stress-tolerant crops. The molecular perception from structural and mechanistic research grant a groundwork for rational engineering for the production of plants that can withstand different kinds of stress.
Analysis of traditional house hold alcoholic beverage to processing plant level production
Alcohol use is part of many cultural, religious and social practices, and provides perceived pleasure to many users. The aim of this project was to develop mini scale alcohol production, which would be very useful for those who focus for many developing countries including Ethiopia, developing this project have been valuable for such sector for those who had an idea to develop new alcoholic beverage project professionals. The paper tried to evaluate the economic performance of minimum level alcohol production, grow to in terms of productivity, profitability, capacity utilization, marketing and the socio-economic contribution of the project. Those, the total capital investments found from this study analysis estimated to be total 34, 673,529.41 birr and the total production cost is 4520833.3birr/yr. The Company will get a net income of 1,376,650,000 birr/year. The repayment for the investment cost will be paid off over the next 4.6 years. The project provides for efficient utilization of the existing resource, technological advancement, managerial efficiency and incentives to upgrade traditional beverages to large production process scales.
CURRENT PRACTICES IN GREEK BROILER FARMS AS RELATED TO THE TECHNICAL STATUS OF THE ESTABLISHMENTS AND EQUIPMENT
The aim of this study was to describe breeding and managerial practices performed in two main categories of broiler farms as related to their technical status i.e. years of functioning, facilities, equipment, etc. One hundred thirty two farms, randomly selected, sited in regions which represent more than 70% of the Greek broiler production were examined. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data by personal interviews with the farm managers including biosecurity measures, harvesting system, feeding and watering method, staff, microclimate in broiler house, antimicrobial therapy and information about the establishment and equipment of the farm as well as the genotype, age and population of the flock. First results indicate that biosecurity measures in farms in good technical status perceive more importance (presence of anteroom and foot bath, P≤0.05) than farms in bad status. Moreover, 93.3% of the farms in bad technical status use straw as bedding material in contrast with the 28.2 % of the farms in good status where rice hulls is used (P≤0.05). Both categories of farms rear Ross genotype while Cobb genotype is only reared in farms in good technical status (P≤0.05). Finally, water equipment differs significantly (P≤0.05) between the two farm categories. Nipple drinkers without a tray is used by 40.4% of the farms in good technical status while 58.3% the farms in low level of hygiene have water equipment with nipple drinkers with tray. This study presents preliminary results of a PhD thesis in progress aiming to investigate the prevalence of resistant strains of Escherichia Coli producing ß-lactamases in poultry farms.

The study was conducted in 40 Caucasian women from 18 to 39 years of age, with a fixed dose of metformin (2 g / day for 12 months), who met the Rotterdam criteria for PCOS in their genetic variant MATE1 with SOP7. Conclusions: It was confirmed that the establishment of twelve-month treatment with metformin in the randomized clinical trial of Pedersen et al. 2017 had a significant effect on the three specific variables: weight, total cholesterol and HDL.
Neonate with 10q Interstitial Deletion within the Long Arm of Chromosome 10- A Case Report and Literature Review
Introduction: Partial deletion of distal chromosome 10q was first reported in 1978 by Lewandowski1. Interstitial deletions within bands 10q25e10q26.3 are rare. Seven such cases were reported so far2. Patient Information: A term AGA male newborn was delivered at our perinatal center with antenatal diagnosis of unbalanced translocation of chromosomes 10 and 12, and fetal cleft lip and cleft palate. Blood was sent for chromosome analysis using GTG banding method. Baby had facial dysmorphism, left cleft lip, bilateral cleft of soft and hard palate, intact nasal septum, normal ears and micrognathus. Abdominal ultrasound showed absence of right testis in inguinal canal and abdomen (anorchia). Hospital course was unremarkable except for feeding problems requiring feeding team, plastic surgery planned at 2- 3 months of age, and taping of the cleft lip. He went home on day 7. Conclusion: Here, we reported an extremely rare case of a male newborn with an interstitial deletion within the long arm of chromosome 10 between bands 10q25.1 and 10q26.1, with dysmorphic features, along with a few unreported associations (atypical Pierre-Robin sequence and bilateral dorsal horn ventriculomegaly). We added a comprehensive review of literature on chromosome 10q deletions to the case report. We also listed clinical implications of 71 RefSeq and OMIM genes noted in that ~13.3Mb 10q deletion in the Appendix. Earlier detection of both common and rare chromosomal- genetic abnormalities might prepare the family and health care team to plan optimal care to the mother, and baby.
