  • The Quantitative Analysis and Decision-making of MSMEs’ Credit Risk

    In this study, we focused on the quantitative analysis and decision-making of credit risk of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from the perspective of bank. Based on the data of 123 MSMEs, we extracted and processed information from the original data with theoretical analysis and feature engineering, and established an entropy weight-TOPSIS model to get the credit risk index of each MSME. Meanwhile, the credit strategy optimization model was constructed, and the DE algorithm was used to solve the credit strategy scheme for bank to each MSME. According to the relationship between the total annual credit of bank, interest rate and expected profit, we analyzed the partial sensitivity of the model and explored the maximum profitability of the bank and finally gave helpful suggestions. Our results have guiding significance for banks to manage and make decisions on the credit risk of MSMEs.

  • Outsourcing Human Resource Functions and their Impact on Organizational Performance

    In today’s rising competition, the benefit generated by the development of high organizational quality is becoming more important. The role of human resource tasks and the culture of organizations can impact the achievement of substantial organizational effectiveness, which in return draw much more attention from both theoreticians and practitioners. Outsourcing is deemed one of the tools which companies use to reinforce their core competencies to assign their resources effectively. The rise of globalization has transformed outsourcing into one of the broadly adopted business plans towards supplying exceptional services to consumers. As can be seen by the ever-increasing trends in outsourcing, the literature on how outsourcing activities affect manufacturing companies’ results is insufficient. The main aim of this research was to investigate the impact on the performance of the outsourcing of human resources functions. Therefore, the results revealed that outsourcing HR functions play an important role in the improvement of organizational performance which can be characterized in three major dimensions; productivity, profitability, and cost efficiency. This study is limited to literature analysis and in future the three dimensions found by research can be investigated empirically. Policy makers and human resource managers can incorporate the strategies suggested by study to increase the performance of their organization.

  • The Application of Data Mining in Payroll Distribution

    This paper studies the application of data mining in total wage distribution. The wage distribution model based on entropy method and analytic hierarchy process is established. Taking a state-owned enterprise as an example, the data was preprocessed with the linear equation fitting method. Entropy method was used to determine the weight of the influencing factors of wage distribution, and the first 8 factors were selected as the main influencing factors. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to calculate the weight of contract worker’s salary and contract employees’ salary as 0.342 and 0.658, respectively. On this basis, the total wage distribution. Compare and analyze the established distribution plan with the original distribution plan, and put forward improvement Suggestions to the original distribution plan: should increase the proportion of contract labor.

  • The Upgrading of Foreign Trade Industry in Jiangsu Province- Based on the Perspective of Global Value Chain

    Based on the global value chain perspective, this study carried out a comprehensive analysis of foreign trade industry in Jiangsu province from four dimensions, including contribution rate of foreign trade industry to GDP, value chain division, value chain dependency and value chain links. Research showed that the four types of industry upgrades (processes, products, functions, chains) could be realized by integrating “Internet +” from the perspective of value chain. Therefore, we planned three proposals to promote the upgrading of Jiangsu foreign trade industry: Integrate and promote the value chain, merge the internet technology; extend the value chain, build Internet platform; reconstruct the value chain and optimize the trade process.

  • Logistics Service Supply Chain service quality inspection results contract coordination under information asymmetry

    Aiming at the two-level service supply chain, which is dominated by logistics service provider (LS) and logistics service Platform operator (LP), it is faced with the problem of uncertain market demand and asymmetric information of logistics capacity service failure rate. Under the income distribution mode of LS and LP income sharing, this thesis uses the Stackelberg game principle to propose a cost-sharing compensation contract based on the result of capacity service quality test to coordinate the supply chain. The results show that the compensation contract of cost allocation can effectively solve the problem of information asymmetry and realize the growth of supply chain income. However, the overall supply chain income has not been maximized due to the inability to achieve the simultaneous coordination of LP’s effort level and capacity supply decision.

  • On the happiness of e-commerce majors in employment

    The practical significance of this paper is to enrich and deepen the research on the employment happiness of e-commerce majors by understanding their employment happiness.It provides valuable reference for the education and training of college students, analyzes the psychological changes of e-commerce majors in the process of job-hunting, and helps e-commerce majors build up confidence and solve employment difficulties.

  • Construction and Niche-fitness Evaluation of the Science and Technology Financial Ecosphere

    Firstly, based on the analysis of ecological theory, the paper defines the sci-tech financial ecosphere, which is the key way to achieve high quality economic development, can promote the integration and development of capital chain, innovation chain and industrial chain. And the model of sci-tech financial ecosphere that reveals its internal structure and operation pattern, is built on the basis of analyzing its elements. Then, the niche-fitness index system of sci-tech financial ecosphere is established from the ecological niche of the sci-tech finance ecological subject and the ecological environment. Niche-fitness evaluation model is used to evaluate the niche-fitness level of sci-tech financial ecosphere so as to measure the satisfaction degree of the actual resource conditions of sci-tech financial ecosphere to the high quality of economic development. Finally, the paper selects Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen as empirical research objects to evaluate the niche-fitness of sci-tech financial ecosphere during the period of 2010-2017, and puts forward some suggestions.

  • The Implementation of OECD Corporate Governance Principles in Nigeria: Evidence from Stakeholders’ Perspectives

    This study investigates the stakeholders’ perspectives on the implementation of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) corporate governance principles in Nigeria. The study adopted an ex-post research design with a structured questionnaire to elicit information from the respondents. The descriptive statistical method was also considered as analytical techniques. Findings revealed that shareholders in Nigerian firms have the right to participate in profits of the firm; they have the right to vote in general meetings and also have the right to obtain information about voting rights before purchase of shares. However, the study found that the details about the capital structure, financial and operating reports of firms were not fully disclosed. It was also discovered from the study that ownership transfer among shareholders was poorly facilitated, with minority shareholders not fairly treated. The study concludes that board of directors usually takes the interest of shareholders’ more important than the stakeholders interest in the firms. It was however suggested that corporate governance framework in Nigeria should recognize the rights of stakeholders established by law or through mutual agreements; and encourage wealth creation and employment opportunities for sound financial sustainability of corporate firms.

  • Research on the Ethical Problems and Construction of Chinese Enterprises in the 21st Century

    We all know one thing very well and feel it in our daily life. Our life is getting better and better, and the enterprises around us are also becoming more and more. However, the construction of enterprise ethics is a problem that we must face in the process of economic development, and it must be solved perfectly. Why do you say that? When we are enjoying a richer and more comfortable life and the enterprise is making more profits, our food safety problems, environmental problems and medical safety problems are more exposed. While enterprises are pursuing the maximization of interests, the construction of business ethics has become a pressing matter of the moment, which is also a topic of common concern and concern to people today. This paper studies the domestic enterprise ethics problems, summarizes the current situation of the construction of enterprise ethics in China and the ethical problems, analyzes and finds out the reasons that may lead to these problems, and finds out the matching solutions from relevant studies and case analysis at home and abroad.

  • An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Interconnected Costs between Organizations

    With the development of the times, the competition between enterprises and enterprises in the traditional mode has been transformed into competition between the supply chain and other supply chains, and enterprises are in-creasingly focusing on cooperation with other companies in the supply chain. And to be able to cooperate better, organizations and organizations have to consider the cost, especially the cost of the problem after the cooperation. How to define and reduce this cost is an important factor for the organization to achieve higher returns in the supply chain. Based on this problem, this paper focuses on the definition of inter-organizational interconnection costs and its influencing factors, and conducts relevant empirical analysis.
